3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase cannabis seeds. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Your order is accepted when we confirmed payment has been sent and then ship your order and send you confirmation!.

We may decline an order at any time before payment has been sent — for example, if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. If we decline your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT and any other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

5. Delivery

We aim to ship out every order 7am EST — 3pm EST. Delivery times may vary depending on weather. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, (weather) but we will keep you informed where possible.

6. Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer to our site, you have the right to cancel a order or receive a full refund if your order is not what you ordered from us. You'll have 7 (seven) business from order confirmation being delivered to contact us.

To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] before the 7- business day period ends. You will then need to return all product or products if "applicable" at your own cost unless we agree otherwise. We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery charges — within 7 days of receiving the returned items, or evidence they have been sent back, whichever is sooner.

The right to cancel does not apply to;

• Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, (if available) or full refund.

For general returns (where the item is not faulty), items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Von Von's Pharm of Medicine™ or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

9. Our Liability

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or that arise from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

We encourage all customers to follow the laws set forth by their Country, State / Province and local municipalities. ANY SEEDS SOLD HERE ARE FOR NOVELTY PURPOSES ONLY! Please do not contact us asking for grow advice of any kind. Also you acknowledge that you are OVER 21 and you are going to adhere to whatever laws your state has on record. You'll also release Von Von's Pharm of Medicine of any liability or legal problems as we are assuming that you are purchasing them for NOVELTY purposes only.
